Drake Residential Group is committed to providing an accessible website experience for all visitors, including those with disabilities. We believe that the digital tools that help people find a home should work for everyone, and we have built drakeresidentialgroup.com (the "Site") with that commitment in mind.
Standards we follow
The Site is designed and tested against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the Level AA conformance level, the standard most commonly referenced in U.S. accessibility law and industry practice.
Implementation
The Site is built on the Webflow platform and uses Webflow's accessibility tooling, which includes:
- Semantic HTML generated for headings, lists, navigation, and forms, so assistive technologies can interpret the page structure correctly
- ARIA support for interactive components where standard HTML semantics are insufficient
- Color contrast verification against WCAG AA contrast ratios for text, links, and interactive elements
- Keyboard navigation so the Site can be operated without a mouse
- Alt text required and provided on images
- Visible focus states on interactive elements
- Form labels associated with their inputs
We test the Site for compatibility with screen readers (including VoiceOver and NVDA) and keyboard-only navigation as part of our release process.
Known limitations
Some content on the Site is provided by third-party services (for example, property listing data from Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED) and any third-party search widgets). While we work with our partners to surface accessible content, we cannot guarantee that every third-party-provided element fully meets WCAG 2.1 AA. Where we identify accessibility limitations in third-party content, we work with those providers toward remediation.
Reporting accessibility issues
If you encounter a barrier on the Site or have difficulty accessing any content or feature, we want to hear from you. Please contact us with the following information so we can investigate and respond:
- The URL of the page where you encountered the issue
- The assistive technology you were using (screen reader, keyboard navigation, voice control, etc.) and its version
- A description of the issue
- Your contact information so we can follow up
We will respond to accessibility reports within two business days with confirmation of receipt and an estimated timeline for remediation.

Continuous improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, not a one-time project. We review the Site at least annually, retest after substantive content or layout changes, and incorporate user feedback into our remediation backlog. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent comprehensive review.
